3200 euros for the daytime work per month, overtime is sometimes paid and sometimes compensated as free time and sometimes not compensated at all

The on-calls are compensated separately. The total salary may be around 6000-7000 euros, if you do 4-5 so called “heavy” on-call shifts per month

Contracts vary from short-term to contracts lasting through all the training. The normal working hours is 38.25hrs/week. A normal on-call shift is 24h during the week-ends and 17 hours (from 15.00 – 8.00) during the weekdays. The amount of on-call shifts varies greatly between hospitals and specialties
